1. The dry-type transformer must be shut down when it is on fire.
2. The dry-type transformer must be shut down for inspection by professionals when it is found that severe breakage or discharging occurs to the bushing of the dry-type transformer.
3. The dry-type transformer must be shut down when its oil conservator and air duct eject oil and smoke.
4. The dry-type transformer must be shut down for inspection when great carbonaceous and oil color changes occur to oil inside the dry-type transformer.
5. The dry-type transformer must be shut down immediately when there are some noise and explosive sound inside the dry type transformer to prevent dangerous accidents.
6. The dry-type transformer must be shut down when its oil temperature is abnormal and keeps rising in the condition of a normal load and cooling.
In such cases, the dry-type transformer must be shut down immediately. Otherwise, there may be a life risk and the dry-type transformer will break down. Troubleshooting should be performed immediately. Any of the above cases should be handled prudently to prevent danger!
