Established in 2004, Nanyang Xinte Electrical Co., Ltd. is located in Nanyang Economic and Technological Development Zone and covers a land area of 93,000m2. Incorporated with registered capital of RMB 100.08 million, the company is a National Hi-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing，sales and service of high / low voltage switchgear cabinets, compact / prefabricated substations, dry-type transformers, oil-immersed transformers and accessories, Henan Specialized Special and New Enterprise, a drafting unit of the national standard for intelligent on-load capacity and voltage regulating transformer, the class-A supplier of State Grid Corporation and the first-tire system supplier of Sinopec Group, a long-term strategic partner of American DuPont, French Schneider Electrical, Swiss ABB Group and Chinese Baowu Group and an enterprise that has obtained the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certificate, ISO14001 Environment Management System Certificate and GB/T28001 Occupation Health Safety Management Certificate.
The company now has 268 employees, including 87 technical personnel with a college degree or above, accounting for 32.6% of the total number of employees; there are 30 R&D personnel, accounting for 11.2% of the total number of employees. There are 76 employees with an intermediate title and 12 employees with a senior title. We adhere to the main strategy of “technological innovation and brand-based success”, have established closed talent and technical collaboration relationships with Xi’an Jiaotong University, Zhengzhou University and many other colleges and universities, have built “Henan Enterprise Technology Center” and “Henan Integrated Intelligent Power Distribution Area System Engineering Technology Research Center” and take a leading position in the power transmission and distribution technology field with powerful strength to provide continuous wisdom support and power for the healthy development of the enterprise.
The company possesses 258 units (sets) of major production equipment, including 166 units (sets) of large, precise and cutting-edge CNC production and detection equipment, covering sound transformer production and detection equipment such as iron core cut-to-length lines/curt-to-width lines, fully-automatic high/low voltage foil winding machines, vacuum casting machines, shock generators and power frequency test units, and has the leading intelligent manufacturing and quick delivery capabilities in the industry.
We always insist on the principle of “quality upmost and customer first” and have established a scientific testing and detection mechanism to strictly control the whole product manufacturing process. We have set up the Quality Inspection Department, possess a complete set of sophisticated testing equipment and control quality in each link by means of automatic and intelligent testing to realize zero defect of products before leaving the factory.
