Dry-type transformer temperature controller
Three kinds of Pt100 platinum thermal resistors embedded in the three-phase winding of dry-type power transformer are used to detect the temperature rise of dry-type power transformer, and according to the temperature rise, it automatically controls the start and stop of cooling fan, gives an over temperature alarm and trips over high temperature to ensure the operation of dry-type power transformer.

Dry-type transformer fan refers to the device used for transformer cooling. The stator and rotor iron cores of the motor are made of excellent cold-rolled silicon steel sheets and low noise bearing; the impeller is treated by electrophoresis on the surface of aluminum alloy, and then adjusted by fine dynamic balance; the left and right end plates are stamped with stainless steel plates, and the air inlet plate, air outlet plate and air guide plate are buckled with aluminum alloy profiles; the whole fan has the characteristics of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, large air volume, low noise, low temperature rise, long service life, stable operation and convenient installation.
