Dry-type transformer temperature controller
Three kinds of Pt100 platinum thermal resistors embedded in the three-phase winding of dry-type power transformer are used to detect the temperature rise of dry-type power transformer, and according to the temperature rise, it automatically controls the start and stop of cooling fan, gives an over temperature alarm and trips over high temperature to ensure the operation of dry-type power transformer.

Three kinds of Pt100 platinum thermal resistors embedded in the three-phase winding of dry-type power transformer are used to detect the temperature rise of dry-type power transformer, and according to the temperature rise, it automatically controls the start and stop of cooling fan, gives an over temperature alarm and trips over high temperature to ensure the operation of dry-type power transformer.
The temperature controller is designed according to JB/T7631 standard by adopting German RISC single chip computer and I2C storage and adjustment technology, which makes the temperature controller simple in structure, reliable in operation and strong in anti-interference ability. At the same time, the temperature controller has the function of “black box”, which can record the temperature of three winding packages and the working state of the machine before power failure.
