The ZBW prefabricated substation is a type of factory-prefabricated indoor/outdoor compact distribution equipment that integrates high voltage switchgear, distribution transformers and low voltage distribution devices according to a certain wiring scheme, that is, transformer voltage reduction, low voltage distribution and other functions are combined in an organic way and installed in a moisture-proof, rust-proof, dustproof, rat-proof, fireproof, anti-theft, insulating, fully-enclosed and movable steel structure box. It is especially suitable for urban grid construction and renovation and is a new type of substation following the emergence of civil construction substations.
The ZBW prefabricatedsubstation features strong completeness, small size, compact structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance and portability. Combined substations with the same capacity usually only occupy 1/10-1/5 of the land area of conventional substations, which greatly reduces the design workload and construction volume as well as the construction cost.
