● Product introduction
Intelligent on-load capacity regulation and voltage regulation combined transformer is a new technology and energy-saving distribution transformer. The equipment consists of three parts: transformer body, intelligent-control unit and remote-control terminal.
The transformer body is equipped with a special new changer integrating on-load capacity regulation and voltage regulation, which has two rated capacities, of which the operation modes of can be automatically converted according to the load; and the voltage can be automatically adjusted according to the power consumption of the output terminal. It solves the problem of large transformer loss caused by large seasonal and time-varying load changes in the distribution station area of power grid, and overcomes the operation and maintenance problem caused by manual operation of no-load capacity regulation and voltage regulation transformer when power is cut off.
The intelligent control unit is provided with a low voltage distribution terminal management part, a low voltage distribution metering part and a reactive power compensation part. It can automatically detect and compensate the transformer, effectively improve the power factor and solve the three-phase imbalance problem of the power grid by co-compensation and sub-compensation of capacitors.
Through gprs wireless network, the remote management terminal can monitor and collect data on voltage, current, active and reactive power, oil, gas and temperature of transformer in the distribution station area, and realize the functions of "remote control, telemetry, remote adjustment and remote communication".
