● Product introduction
This product is a type of factory-prefabricated indoor/outdoor compact distribution equipment that integrates high voltage switchgear, distribution transformers and low voltage distribution devices according to a certain wiring scheme, that is, transformer voltage reduction, low voltage distribution and other functions are combined in an organic way and installed in a moisture-proof, rust-proof, dustproof, rat-proof, fireproof, anti-theft, insulating, fully-enclosed and movable steel structure box. It is especially suitable for urban grid construction and renovation and is a new type of substation following the emergence of civil construction substations.
This product features strong completeness, small size, compact structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance and portability. Combined substations with the same capacity usually only occupy 1/10-1/5 of the land area of conventional substations, which greatly reduces the design workload and construction volume as well as the construction cost.
● Structural features
This product is composed of a high voltage distribution device, a transformer and a low voltage distribution device linked together. There are three functional compartments, i.e. the high voltage compartment, the transformer compartment and the low voltage compartment. The high voltage compartment has complete functions and configures with a primary power supply system composed of HXGN-10 looped network cabinets. Multiple power supply modes are available, such as looped network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply, etc. It can also be equipped with high voltage measuring elements to meet the high voltage measurement requirement.
Good cooling can be realized by natural ventilation and forced ventilation. The exhaust fan equipped with a temperature measuring device can be automatically turned on or off according to the preset temperature to ensure the full-load operation of the transformer.
The box structure can prevent rain and pollutants from entering the product. It is made of insulating color plates or anti-rust aluminum alloy plates and given corrosion prevention treatment, so it can be used outdoors for a long time, has a long service life and beautiful appearance.
